The Servant Leader Luncheon exists so Arkansas charity leaders can sit down, tell the truth about the load, and leave with something they can use on Monday, without another conference badge.

This is not a replacement for care. It is a table.

Why This Lunch Exists

Rally Point Nonprofit Council is a nonprofit backbone organization that is front sight focused on serving those who serve.

Charity leaders in this sector carry two loads at once: the mission in front of them, and the people they are responsible for. Burnout here is not a personal failure. It is an operational risk. When an Executive Director goes down, the whole shop feels it.

The luncheon is the quarterly pause.

The Partnership

Rally Point Nonprofit Council and Karisma Consulting signed a Memorandum of Understanding to give nonprofit leaders a regular place for development, peer company, and personal wellness. Rally Point hosts the table and the network. Karisma brings the teaching.

About The Presenter:

Heather McMahan

Founder · Karisma Consulting · Little Rock

Heather McMahan is a consultant, coach, and trainer with a Master of Public Health and more than twenty years teaching in corporations, state departments, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations. She is a certified Real Colors facilitator and is credentialed through the Arkansas Professional Development Registry to train educators.

Karisma’s line is simple: Serve. Empower. Mobilize. The firm exists so individuals and workplaces can work from health instead of depletion — strategic planning, retention, worksite wellness, stress management, communication, conflict, and leadership that treats the team as the asset.

She lives in Little Rock with her husband, AJ McMahan, a licensed counselor of more than twenty-five years. That pairing matters for this luncheon: the teaching is not abstract. It is built for people who have to go back to a staff, a board, and a mission the same afternoon. At this luncheon, she does not lecture charity leaders about “balance.” She gives them tools they can use while the phone is still ringing.
