Impact Works is a 12 week nonprofit accelerator designed to help nonprofit leaders strengthen the systems, policies, and practices that support their mission.

The program combines foundational nonprofit principles, practical instruction, guided application, expert mentorship, and structured implementation.

This is not simply a class.

It is an opportunity to work on your organization while learning how to build it stronger.

Who Is Impact Works For?

Impact Works is designed for nonprofit organizations that are ready to strengthen their organizational foundation and build for the future.

What You Will Build

Impact Works focuses on the systems behind the mission.

Throughout the program, participating organizations will examine foundational principles and apply them to their own organization.

The work will help organizations develop and strengthen areas such as:

• Governance

• Organizational policies

• Leadership and accountability

• Financial practices

• Fundraising and sustainability

• Program structure

• Organizational documentation

• Community relationships

• Strategic decision making

The objective is practical application.

You will not simply learn what a strong nonprofit should look like.

You will work toward building the systems that help your organization operate that way.

How the Accelerator Works

Impact Works is delivered remotely over 12 weeks.

Each two week module combines instruction, discussion, mentorship, and organizational application.

The basic rhythm is:

1st Monday - Rempte live instruction introduces the principles and concepts for the module from an experienced SME.

1st Thursday - Participants receive the first video application activity and begin working with the material.

2nd Monday - A second video application activity poses questions and focuses on the practical application of the concepts.

Participants then consider a critical question:

How do I apply this to my organization?

2nd Thursday - Organizations submit their module deliverables for evaluation and move into the next stage of the program.

This structure keeps the focus on implementation rather than passive learning.

Expert Mentorship

Participants will have access to experienced mentors throughout the accelerator.

Mentors provide guidance, perspective, questions, and practical insight as organizations work through each module.

The mentor role is not to run your organization.

It is to help you think through the work, challenge assumptions, and apply the principles to your organization's specific circumstances.

Technology and AI Support

Impact Works incorporates technology and artificial intelligence as practical tools for organizational development.

RPNC is working with Luminark Global to explore the use of the Trust Stone AI engine and supporting prompts throughout the program.

AI is used as a tool to assist the work.

Human judgment, organizational leadership, and accountability remain at the center of the process.

The First Cohort

The inaugural Impact Works Nonprofit Accelerator begins November 2, 2026.

The first cohort will consist of a small group of participating nonprofits selected through an application process.

The program is delivered remotely. There is no charge to participating organizations.

Participants should expect to commit the time necessary to attend the sessions, complete the assignments, participate in discussions, and apply the work within their organizations.

We are looking for nonprofit leaders who are willing to examine how their organization operates and do the work required to strengthen it.

Impact Works begins with foundational truth principles about how healthy nonprofit organizations should operate.

From those principles, participants examine how policies, systems, and organizational practices should support their mission.

The process moves from:

Principle → Policy → Practice → Organizational Strength

That distinction matters.

A policy should not exist simply because a nonprofit thinks it needs another document.

It should exist because a clear principle requires a consistent organizational practice.

The Outcome

At the end of Impact Works, participants should have more than a certificate or a collection of training materials.

They should have a stronger understanding of how their organization operates and practical work products that can continue to be developed and implemented after the accelerator ends.

The ultimate measure is not whether you completed 12 weeks of training.
