Membership in Rally Point Nonprofit Council exists solely to advance the organization’s charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Members participate in collaboration, shared learning, and capacity-building initiatives that strengthen the nonprofit and wellness ecosystem statewide.
Membership is open to nonprofit organizations, wellness professionals, and mission-aligned partners who agree to operate in furtherance of RPNC’s charitable mission, comply with organizational standards, and support collaborative impact.

Pillar Membership is for established nonprofits in Arkansas with 2+ years of operation and a Silver Candid rating.

Member and affiliate organizations maintain independent legal and operational status. RPNC does not control member organizations and does not represent or warrant their individual tax classifications.
Membership does not confer ownership interest, profit-sharing, financial return, or private benefit. All participation supports mission-aligned activities and public benefit outcomes.
Members do not exercise governance authority unless separately appointed or elected to the Board of Directors in accordance with the Bylaws. Organizational governance remains vested in the Board.
