The RPNC Nonprofit Institute offers leadership training, workshops, and educational programs for nonprofit leaders and wellness professionals across Arkansas. All courses, trainings, and programs are designed to advance charitable and educational purposes, strengthen the nonprofit sector, and align with our four mission vectors: Collaborate, Strengthen, Mobilize, and Prevail.

Each program follows nonprofit sector best practices as outlined by Candid, BBB Wise Giving Alliance, and Charity Navigator, and is developed to comply with all applicable state and federal nonprofit laws, including IRS regulations for 501(c)(3) organizations.

This program is led by the Director of Nonprofit Training & Curriculum, a position currently vacant and open to qualified professional committed to serving others in a rewarding field.

Activities conducted through the Nonprofit Institute are classified under NTEE Code S50 (Public & Societal Benefit, Capacity-Building), pending IRS approval. All programs are mission-aligned and contribute to RPNC’s charitable objectives statewide.

Participation fees, if charged, are used solely to cover program delivery costs and further RPNC’s charitable mission. No individual officer, director, instructor, or staff member receives private benefit from these programs.

Rally Point Nonprofit Council is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

RPNC serves as a statewide backbone organization that strengthens nonprofit organizations and wellness professionals through collaboration, capacity building, shared resources, and coordinated mission support across Arkansas.

RPNC is governed by an independent Board of Directors and supported by experienced nonprofit, business, and community leaders. All programs are conducted exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, and no officer, director, or member receives private benefit from charitable funds.

RPNC is registered as a charitable organization with the State of Arkansas. Financial and governing documents are available upon request.
