ADVANCING THE POLICY VOICE OF RPNC

The Rally Point Legislative Advocacy Program exists to educate nonprofits and wellness organizations about sound, mission-aligned public policy that affects charitable operations and service delivery across the state.

Through workshops, webinars, and guidance materials, RPNC helps organizations understand state and federal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices for responsible advocacy.

The program focuses on:

  • Providing information to improve access to care, benefits, and support systems for service communities

  • Sharing insights on nonprofit sector needs that impact mission delivery, funding, and operational standards

  • Tracking key legislation and regulatory developments that affect member organizations and partner networks

  • Supporting nonprofits in understanding appropriate and lawful methods of engaging with policymakers and the public in ways that advance their charitable missions

All activities are conducted under Board-approved oversight to ensure full compliance with 501(c)(3) regulations. RPNC does not endorse or oppose any political candidate, and lobbying constitutes only an insubstantial part of its activities.

Rally Point Nonprofit Council is strategically located in Arkansas’s capital city, placing the organization in close proximity to state agencies, policymakers, and the legislative community. This location allows RPNC to convene nonprofit leaders, share timely policy information, and facilitate informed dialogue on issues affecting charitable organizations and the wellness sector.

RPNC’s role is to educate, coordinate, and elevate sector-wide perspectives, ensuring nonprofits are informed and prepared to engage responsibly in public policy discussions consistent with their charitable missions.
