This is a shared online directory of wellness, recovery, and support resources for first responders and the agencies that serve them. Built on the Camp Connect website so first responders and ther families can find trusted help from culturally competent counselors, agency leaders and service providers without starting from scratch each time. The database is a tool, not a replacement for care. It exists so the right resource is easier to reach when someone needs it.

 

If You Are In Crisis or Need Emergency Help

This directory is a tool, not a crisis line and not a replacement for care.

• Immediate danger, medical emergency, or someone is not safe right now: call 911.

• Suicide, mental-health, or substance-use crisis: call or text 988, or chat at 988lifeline.org. This is the official 24/7 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. In Arkansas it routes to trained local centers, including the Arkansas Lifeline Call Center and the Arkansas Crisis Center.

• Veterans, service members, and their families: call 988, then press 1, or text 838255.

• Need local help and are not in immediate crisis: dial 211 (Arkansas 211) for food, housing, and community resources. 211 can warm-transfer to crisis staff or 911 when needed.

Why this page exists

First responders and the people who love them should not have to rebuild a resource list after every hard call. Departments should not keep that list in one person’s head, one shared drive, or one retired chaplain’s phone.

Rally Point Nonprofit Council built this directory under the Prevail mission vector and the Rally Point Wellness Network so Arkansas has one shared place to look: culturally aware wellness, recovery, and support resources for law enforcement, fire, EMS, 911, corrections, and the agencies and families around them.

Camp Alliance’s Camp Connect platform is the engine. RPNC brings the first-responder network, the Wellness Network partners, and the statewide backbone. Together the directory is meant to be used, not admired.

• First responders looking for peer support, counseling, recovery, chaplaincy, or family help

• Spouses, parents, and adult children who need a starting point that understands the job

• Chiefs, sheriffs, directors, and HR / wellness coordinators who need a list they can hand someone today

• Clinicians and EAP counselors who serve public-safety clients and do not want to guess which programs are actually built for this culture

• Member organizations and partners who want their vetted services findable instead of buried

What you will find

Listings are organized so a person under stress can move fast:

• Mental health and counseling with first-responder or military cultural competence

• Peer support and post-traumatic growth programs

• Substance use and dual-diagnosis recovery

• Chaplaincy, faith-based, and family support

• Agency wellness programs, EAPs, and department-level tools

• Statewide and local resources already living on Camp Connect — health, legal, emergency assistance, family services — filtered for this community

Service families stay in their own lanes, the same way the brand does: Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, Fire & EMS. A listing for one is not automatically a listing for all.

How it works

The directory is built on Camp Connect, Camp Alliance’s resource and communication hub for service members, veterans, military families, and emergency responders in Arkansas. Camp Connect already concentrates state, federal, and local resources in one place, on the web and on kiosks where people actually stand when they have a question.

RPNC does not replace that system. We aim the lens. The First Responder Resource Database is the shared first-responder layer: Wellness Network partners, culturally competent providers, and agency tools collected so counselors and command staff are not starting over on a Saturday night.

Search it. Bookmark it. Hand the link to a spouse. Put it in a station binder. That is the point.

What this is not

• It is not a crisis line and it is not treatment.

• It is not an endorsement of every provider in the state.

• It is not a substitute for department policy, medical direction, or a licensed clinician.

• It does not create a fifth mission vector. It sits under Prevail and the Rally Point Wellness Network.

For agencies and providers

If you run a program that already serves first responders well, do not make another flyer and hope it finds the right locker room.

• Ask to be reviewed for the directory.

• Keep your listing current — hours, eligibility, cost, and whether you understand the culture.

• Point your people here instead of rebuilding a private spreadsheet after every promotion cycle.

RPNC will not list a program just because it is kind. The standard is simple: can a counselor, a chief, or a family member trust this when it matters.
