David brings over fifteen years of combined military, emergency management, and organizational leadership experience to Rally Point. His career reflects a deep commitment to service, operational excellence, and the welfare of our military and veteran communities.

​    David currently serves in the Arkansas Army National Guard, where he has held multiple leadership positions including Company Commander, Aide de Camp to the Land Component Commander, and Program Manager for the National Guard Marksmanship Training Center. His ability to lead teams, manage multimillion-dollar operations, and drive mission success has earned him a reputation for precision, accountability, and results.​

    He holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management from Arkansas Tech University and is completing his Master of Science in Operations Management at the University of Arkansas

    As Director of Community Response, David will lead Rally Point’s statewide coordination of nonprofit response efforts, connecting agencies and resources to serve Arkansans in times of crisis and need. His leadership will ensure that our member organizations are mission-ready and equipped to mobilize when communities call for help.
