Director of Development & Philanthropy

    Nikhol brings over seven years of nonprofit experience in fundraising, relationship management, and volunteer coordination, combined with more than four years of expertise in digital content creation and awareness campaign development. She has successfully led large-scale fundraising initiatives, developed innovative community programs, and built engagement strategies that generate both revenue and impact.

    Most recently, Nikhol served as Development Manager for the Alzheimer’s Association, leading national peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, growing sponsorship revenue, and managing volunteer leadership committees. Her background also includes roles in communications, curriculum development, and digital marketing with multiple Arkansas-based nonprofit organizations, where she implemented programs that increased awareness, engagement, and donor support.

    Nikhol holds a Master of Science in Digital Communication and Media from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Henderson State University. She is certified in social media management platforms, Google Ads, and multiple trauma-informed and advocacy practices.

    In her new role, Nikhol will lead Rally Point’s development, fundraising, and philanthropic initiatives, working to strengthen the capacity of member nonprofits, secure resources, and expand community impact across Arkansas.
