Jeff Watts is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of operational, project management, and nonprofit leadership experience. A U.S. Army Infantry veteran of the Persian Gulf War and former Team Leader with the 101st Airborne Division, Jeff’s military background forged his commitment to service, resilience, and operational excellence.

In 2013, Jeff founded the Central Arkansas Chapter of Sheep Dog Impact Assistance in Little Rock, creating a local platform to mobilize veterans and first responders for disaster response, outdoor adventures, and continued service projects. His leadership expanded from local operations to national disaster response missions, ultimately serving as the National Director of Continued Service and Disaster Response. He led over 30 nationwide deployments and co-led an international veteran mission to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in 2024.

In the private sector, Jeff spent over two decades managing high-value federal and commercial security projects, engineering solutions for government clients, and designing systems for sensitive sites. His résumé includes over 5,600 projects valued at more than $141 million. His operational leadership earned him national recognition, including multiple “The Center for Excellence Citizen of the Year” awards for integrating veterans into disaster relief operations (from his “day job” of nearly twenty years) with Johnson Controls Inc.

A graduate of the Boulder Crest Warrior PATHH program, Jeff brings a personal and professional commitment to post-traumatic growth, leadership under pressure, and building strong, mission-focused communities.

Outside of work, Jeff is a proud husband, father, and Papa. His greatest joy comes from time spent with his family, running Spartan races with his wife, and passing down the lessons of hard work, loyalty, and service to the next generation.

He founded Rally Point Nonprofit Council to strengthen, mobilize, and unite organizations serving military, veterans, and first responders—ensuring those who serve have a trusted network behind them when it matters most.
