Glen Cooper

Director of Adaptive Recovery Programs

Glen is a 27-year law enforcement veteran, currently the rank of Lieutenant with the Conway Police Department.  During his tenure with CPD, he has served on patrol, the SWAT team, COP team, Patrol Sergeant, Criminal Investigations Sergeant, Patrol Lieutenant, Office of Professional Responsibility Lieutenant, Narcotics Lieutenant, and currently is the Lieutenant of the Training Division.  He has been an Adjunct Instructor for the University of Arkansas Criminal Justice Institute for 10 years, teaching Instructor Development and Duty to Intervene.

 

In 2019 he attended his first Post Critical Incident Seminar (PCIS) sponsored by the Arkansas Law Enforcement Assistance Program (ARLEAP).  Since that time, he has attended Basic and Advanced ICISF Peer Training and has staffed all but one annual PCIS since.  While assisting ARLEAP and the Arkansas State Police Wellness unit, Glen has assisted with numerous debriefings across the state and made numerous connections in the wellness community. 

 

Glen is a graduate of the Boulder Crest Warrior PATHH program (SDWP027) and is passionate about First Responder Wellness and Post-Traumatic Growth.

 

Glen is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelors in Agri-Business.  When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing disc golf with friends.

Rally Point Nonprofit Council is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

RPNC serves as a statewide backbone organization that strengthens nonprofit organizations and wellness professionals through collaboration, capacity building, shared resources, and coordinated mission support across Arkansas.

RPNC is governed by an independent Board of Directors and supported by experienced nonprofit, business, and community leaders. All programs are conducted exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, and no officer, director, or member receives private benefit from charitable funds.

RPNC is registered as a charitable organization with the State of Arkansas. Financial and governing documents are available upon request.
