Focus: Recognizing early warning signs, understanding stress cycles, and building personal “burnout buffers.”

Outcome: Staff gain tools to sustain energy and mission-driven passion without overextending themselves. 


This will be a working lunch, please feel free to bring a sack lunch or something ready to eat
